Grandma’s cheese scones

What is the fastest cake? Scone!

8oz self raising flour
2oz butter
3oz cheese
1 tsp Baking powder
1tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 egg made up to 0.25 pint with milk

Mix dry ingredients. Rub in butter. Beat egg, add milk, add egg to mix. Roll out and cut (around 2cm thickness). Put on greased baking tray. Cook at 200C for 10mins.
