Oat Crunchies

6oz Self Raising Flour
6oz Demerara Sugar
6oz Porridge Oats
6oz Margarine or Butter
1 Tbsp Syrup
1Tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
1 Tbsp of Milk

Melt sugar margarine and syrup gently in a pan, add all dry ingredients and milk. Form into small balls, put on greased baking sheet and cook until just golden oven 325C.
