3tbs yeast
1.5 cups warm water
3tbsp olive oil
1tbs salt
2.5 cups white flour
2 cups whole wheat flour (or white flour)
- Dissolve yeast and leave for 10mins. Add salt and oil.
- Mix and knead with flour.
- Leave to rise 30-40 mins under damp tea towel.
- Roll out to 1.5cm thick, add toppings and bake at 220C 15-20 mins.
